USA SOFTBALL OF TENNESSEE COMING TO ATHENS!

Officers from across the State in addition to approximately 125 Hall of Fame attendees will visit Athens this weekend for the 2019 Annual Meeting and Banquet. The meetings begin Friday at 4:30pm and are scheduled from 8:00am until 3:00pm Saturday. Seven individuals will be inducted into the USA Softball of Tennessee Hall of Fame Saturday evening beginning at 6:00pm. "We are very appreciative to the City of Athens, the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the First Baptist Church of Athens for their generous hospitality", stated James Ellis, Commissioner. "We also want to express our appreciation to District 3 Commissioner, Danny Wilson who has worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone has a great weekend". New updates for the 2020 season as well as photos and bios of the Class of 2019 will be posted on our Facebook page during the weekend.

USA Softball of Tennessee is a 501-C4 non-profit affiliate of USA Softball, the National Governing Body of Softball. USA Softball of Tennessee offers the following services: registration and insurance plans for leagues, teams, individuals, and umpires. We also offer JO player clinics, umpire clinics and schools and we conduct invitational, state and national qualifying tournaments in both,  slow-pitch and fast-pitch for men, women and youth girls and boys teams.

2020 USA SOFTBALL CLASS A STATE TOURNAMENT

USA Softball of Tennessee announced today that the 2020 Girls Class A Fast-pitch State Championships will be held at the Centennial Park Complex in Crossville, Tennessee. The June 26-27-28 tournament will determine who advances to the USA Softball Class A National Championships. Age Divisions: 10-12-14-16-18U in addition to 8U Open. We are currently accepting resumes for individuals in Middle and West Tennessee areas to fill vacancies for District Commissioners - District JO Commissioners - UIC's and Tournament Directors. Responsibilities include registering players, teams and umpires as well as operating tournaments starting 2020.

2020 CLASS A STATE QUALIFICATION PROCESS

Teams may earn berths in a National Qualifier. Teams are required to participate in the State Tournament in order to secure their berth to the National Championship.  Three berths will be awarded during the State Tournament to the highest finishing teams who did not earn a berth in a National Qualifier.

Johnson City To Host 14U Class A Nationals in 2021!

Johnson City, Tennessee will host the 2021 USA Softball Girls 14U Class A Nationals after winning the bid during the USA Softball Council Meeting in Sparks, NV. 

Girls 16U Class A National Returns To Chattanooga

HALL OF FAME CLASS OF 2019 ANNOUNCED

USA Softball of Tennessee announced today the Hall of Fame Class of 2019 to be inducted on December 7th in Athens, Tennessee. Inductees include: (Player) Ben Hogan, Billy Lynch, Bob Rhinehart, Kenny Rudd, (Umpire) H. Paul McMillan, Edward Rowe and Danny Wilson. Additional information will be released once finalized. Congratulations!
